CARDIO FITNESS:
Improving your cardio fitness helps the heart and lungs to supply oxygen rich blood to the working muscle tissues there by increasing the muscle capacity to use oxygen and produce energy for movement. 
STRENGTHENING: 
a muscle uses the amount of force a muscle group can exertToning has more to do with appearance of muscle, while strengthening a muscle has to do with the functioning of muscle.
MUSCLE TONING:
Involves increasing muscle tissue while simultaneously decreasing fat stores around the muscle, giving it more shape and definition. 
CORE STRENGTH:
relates to strength the abdominal wall, the pelvis, lower back muscles & diaphragm, to stabilize the body during movement. (By strengthening these muscles posture can be improved as lumbar spine is primarily responsible for posture) 
FLEXIBILITY:
The ability to move a bodily joint in a wide range. A persons flexibility cab be increased with exercises flexibility improves, physical performance, decrease risk of injury reduces muscle soreness, improves posture, increase blood & nutrients to tissue.

 

AEROBICS:
fitness refers to endurance or ability to sustain work for prolonged periods. Aerobic exercise will help in increasing the oxygen intake by lungs there by increasing the supply of oxygen to muscles via blood. vo2 max is the indicator  for aerobic fitness.

 

MUSCLE TONING: 
Involves increasing muscle tissue while simultaneously decreasing flat stores around the muscle, giving it more shape and definition. 
STEP AEROBICS:
consists of sets of choreographed movement performed on a raised platform, accompanied by music and are designed to work the lower body, improve cardio vascular system and by incorporating both upper and lower body movements together will improve your coordinate and agility.

 

PERSONAL TRANING:
 
A personal trainer is fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction, they motivate clients by setting goals and providing accountability to clients.
Purpose of personal trainer is to enhance the components of fitness in clients and provide proper exercise prescription to improve body composition, physical performance, heart conditions and health. A personal trainer pays close attention to their clients Exercise form, workout routine and nutrition plan.

 

YOGA:
Yoga is the physical, mental & spiritual practice or discipline, which originated in ancient india with a view to attain a state of permanent peace. This section mostly explains how yoga can improve the quality of life for everyone who adopts this practice.
